The FreshStart Health and Wellness app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Dr. Bradley Aylor of Fresh Start Health and Wellness. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Fresh Start Health and Wellness patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Fresh Start Health and Wellness staff in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

The app is designed specifically for Fresh Start Health and Wellness patients and you cant use the app unless youre a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Fresh Start Health and Wellness uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
